Ihre tänzerische Ausbildung absolvierte Anat Oz an der Thelma Yellin High School of Arts in ihrer Heimat Israel. Ein erstes Engagement führte sie ans Israel Ballet, bevor sie ein Jahr später im Maslool-Abschlussprogramm ihr künstlerisches Studium abrundete. Anschließend tanzte sie für renommierte zeitgenössische Companies wie die Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, Roy Assaf Dance, Inbal Dance Theater und Idan Sharabi & Tänzer, gab Unterricht und arbeitete als Probenleiterin. 2020 gründete sie ANA, eine projektbasierte Tanzcompany mit Sitz in Israel. Anat Oz‘ Duett Introtention Coda wurde vom Inbal Dance Theatre Tel Aviv gefördert und gewann die beiden ersten Preise für Choreografie und Tanz beim Be'er Sheva Fringe Dance Festival in Israel, wurde in Köln als “Newcomer-Duett” beim 13. Soloduo-Wettbewerb ausgezeichnet und erhielt zwei Produktionspreise beim 35. Internationalen Wettbewerb für Choreographie Hannover. 2022 war Anat Oz mit dem Duett zu Festivals in Budapest, Südkorea und Rotterdam eingeladen. Ihr Solowerk THIRD erhielt den zweiten Preis beim 24. Internationalen Solo-Tanz-Theater Stuttgart. In der Spielzeit 2022/23 kreierte sie für die MIR Dance Company in Gelsenkirchen Crossed in Gold im Rahmen des Tanzabends Demetra.

Anat Oz completed her dance training at the Thelma Yellin High School of Arts in her native Israel. Her first engagement took her to the Israel Ballet before she rounded off her artistic studies a year later in the Maslool graduation program. She then danced for renowned contemporary companies such as Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, Roy Assaf Dance, Inbal Dance Theater and Idan Sharabi & Dancers, gave classes and worked as a rehearsal director. In 2020, she founded ANA, a project-based dance company based in Israel. Anat Oz's duet Introtention Coda was sponsored by Inbal Dance Theatre Tel Aviv and won the two first prizes for choreography and dance at the Be'er Sheva Fringe Dance Festival in Israel, was awarded "Newcomer Duet" at the 13th Solo Duo Competition in Cologne and received two production prizes at the 35th International Competition for Choreography Hannover. In 2022, Anat Oz was invited with the duet to festivals in Budapest, South Korea and Rotterdam. Her solo work THIRD won second prize at the 24th International Solo Dance Theater Stuttgart. In the 2022/23 season, she created Crossed in Gold for the MIR Dance Company in Gelsenkirchen as part of the dance evening Demetra.
